It is necessary to start taking small doses of onion and garlic and increase the amount slowly.
Doctors advice that sinusitis can be treated through consuming different vegetable juices such as carrot juice, beet juice, spinach and cucumber juice, which can be taken in combination or separately.
Water treatment is another effective home remedy for sinusitis. Cold application or alternate cold and hot applications on the sinuses are helpful. You can also try nasal steam inhalation for five minutes for every hour.
If you want an effective way to treat sinus, it is necessary to have plenty of sleep and rest, as well as fresh air and yoga exercises.
